# Send It Back > A returns-pile sorter for the parcels from the big autumn sales, built on the jobs-to-be-done idea: you hire a product for a job and fire it when it does not do that job. List 1 to 6 parcels you could still send back - what it is, the job you bought it to do, how it went, what is off (nothing; wrong size, colour or model; faulty or damaged; do not really need it), a job score from 1 to 5 and the days left to send it back. The page calls each parcel free by a fixed rule - keep it, send it back, swap it or window passed - picks the box to post first, and draws the pile on a front step by a post box, and saves each last day to post as a calendar reminder (.ics). A saved pile reopened days later counts its windows down by the days gone. One metered run names the job each parcel was hired for, says how it is doing that job and gives a next step, then a headline and the box to post first. Input: `{"task":"sort","pile":"..."}` where `pile` is the page's own rules line, totals line and 1 line per parcel. - Reply: JSON with `verdict`, `headline`, `items[]` (`item`, `status`, `hired_for`, `report`, `next_step`), `send_first` (`item`, `step`) and `closing`. The page re-checks every call, the send-first parcel, the days left and the numbers. ## Limits - It knows only what you type and never any shop's returns terms; check those before you post. - If something gets hot, smokes, sparks or has a swollen battery, stop using it. Not legal or financial advice. ## Sources - SkillSafe skill @pmprompt/jobs-to-be-done: https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@pmprompt/jobs-to-be-done
