After the big sales, before the windows close
Send It BackKeep, return or swap each parcel by the job you bought it to do
You hired each thing for a job. If it is not doing that job, it can go back - and the page tells you which box to post first.
1 Your parcels free
Up to 6 things that arrived and could still go back. For each: the job you bought it for, how it went, what is off, how well it does the job and the days left to send it back.
2 The doorstep free
3 Ask for the written sort
One run names the job each parcel was bought to do, says how it is doing that job and gives your next step, then picks the box to post first. The page re-checks the reply against its own calls.

How each parcel is called
Each thing was hired for a job. The page checks, in order: days left below 0 - window passed, it stays; wrong size, colour or model - swap it; faulty or damaged, not really needed, or a job score of 1 or 2 out of 5 - send it back; otherwise - keep it.
The box to post first is the one going back with the fewest days left; on a tie, the earliest on your list. Post today when that box has 3 days left or fewer, post soon when it has more, nothing to send back when every parcel stays.
The page knows only what you type and never any shop's returns terms - check those yourself before you post. If something you bought gets hot, smokes, sparks or has a swollen battery, stop using it. Not legal or financial advice.
